Description of Role

We have a new role open in our team for the Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.


A strong character who can think out of the box, is proactive, flexible and adaptable as role demands.

  • Building pipeline and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects of MetaStudios
  • Identifying new business opportunities to generate opportunities
  • Developing annual sales strategy and goals for MetaStudios
  • Leveraging sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to generate growth opportunities

Some examples of your role:

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Assisting newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
  • Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • Proven 5+ years of sales management experience with a network of senior decision-makers within industry leaders, ideally in gaming or crypto studios
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Singapore or India preferred; remote possible
